The City of Corner Brook has received an application requesting permission to construct a four story medical and professional building located at 4 Grenfell Drive, Corner Brook, NL.
The construction of the building will require a 10% variance to the building line setback. Under the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations for an “Innovation District Zone,” the required building line setback is 6 meters. The proposed variance will result in having a building line setback of 5.4 meters.
