PPAB Security and Investigation Services

Pat Hickey and his crew of security professionals have been making Corner Brook a safer place since February 2001. Hickey’s company is PPAB Security and Investigation Services Inc. and it is Corner Brook’s only locally owned and operated security company.

PPAB has 18 full-time employees and a group of 70 part-timers. Together, they provide many security services to the company’s clients. Some of the services PPAB provides are:

Uniformed security patrol

Event security

Retail loss prevention

Private investigation

Security consulting

The company’s security specialists are kept busy throughout the year, securing businesses and events across the city including:

The annual Corner Brook World Cup Triathlon

City events such as Corner Brook Day, the Fall Festival of Colours and Winter Carnival
