The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for the overall administration of the City and administrative support to the elected Council and its committees. The Administrative Office of Council is responsible for the Mayor's office, Assessment Review Commission hearings, Municipal Plan Amendment hearings, Local Board of Appeal hearings, civic functions, and minutes of all meetings of Council and its committees.
