Integrated Community Sustainability Plan (ICSP)

A New Municipal Plan & Development Regulations

The City of Corner Brook 1994 Municipal Plan & Development Regulations will soon be getting a sustainable overhaul. Staff have been working hard on preparations for the review and Council have approved an integrated sustainable approach for the Plan. This means that Corner Brook can look forward to participating in the planning and development of a new Integrated Community Sustainability Plan (ICSP) that will define our goals, vision, and strategic direction for our and other children's future.

Update

On September 15, 2008, Council authorized staff to negotiate a contract with the consultancy team of Jacques Whitford Limited and Urban Strategies Incorporated to develop a new integrated Community Sustainable Plan (ICSP) Municipal Plan and Development Regulations.
