The city continues to grow with increased residential construction and increased value of building permits (over 350% increases in value from 2006 to 2007). In an effort to encourage and welcome future residential and business development, Corner Brook has planned for major capital investment projects. To put things into perspective, from 2009-2012, Corner Brook anticipates to take part in $100 million worth of capital investment projects.
