The City of Corner Brook has received an application requesting permission to construct a shed on the property located at 92 Georgetown Road, Corner Brook, NL.
The shed is proposed to be 480 sq/ft which requires a 10% variance to the maximum lot coverage of 7% for accessory buildings constructed in a Residential Medium Density Zone.
