The Irish Descendants, a mainstay in the Newfoundland music scene are one of the province’s premier folk musicalgroups since their formation in May 1990, and have been musical ambassadors for their beloved home for three decades.

The band is hitting the road in 2019 to celebrate the release of their latest recording, and marking this with a provincial tour in March.

“Is Your Rhubarb Up”, is the 15th studio album for this Juno and East Coast Music award winning musical group.Con O’Brien, front man for 29 years, along with master fiddler Patrick Moran and bassist Justin Hickey hit the road in 2019 to support this long awaited new CD, and will as always present a wonderful evening of songs, stories and fun.
