Prerequisite: Fitness Certification or 25 hours of anatomy training

• Gain the ability to teach over 50 Yoga postures and modifications.
• Develop the ability to design a safe Yoga group exercise class for a wide variety of levels.
• Learn about Yoga history, philosophy, meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques.

7th - Powered By Community, an 8000km bike ride across Canada to raise funds and awareness for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada, will arrive in Corner Brook on September 7th. Greg Mailloux and Vin Heney, from Amherstburg, Ontario, will begin in Victoria, British Columbia on June 13th, 2008 and will make their way to St. John's, Newfoundland by mid-September.
