Update

Public Notice: The City of #CornerBrook would like to advise that the Main Street Bridge is now open.

Effective immediately, the City of Corner Brook wishes to advise residents and businesses that MAIN STREET BRIDGE IS CLOSED until further notice. This closure is necessary due to high water levels.

Area to be affected:

– Main Street is now closed

The general motoring public is strongly advised to use alternate routes.

The situation will be monitored throughout the night and open as soon as water levels recede, more information will be posted 8:00 am

Residents can visit the City’s official website, www.cornerbrook.com, at any time to view road closure notices, precautionary boil water advisories and water outages.

The City of Corner Brook would like to thank you for your cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
