The City of Corner Brook wishes to advise residents and businesses that a water outage and precautionary boil water advisory has been scheduled for Saturday June 9, 2018 commencing at 8:00 a.m. This outage is expected to last for approximately 10-12 hours and is necessary to make capital works improvements to the water distribution system.

Areas to be affected include:

– West Valley Road, #’s 1 to 42

– West Valley Gardens apartments

– Elford Street #’s 14 & 21

Due to the time required for testing to confirm water quality in the systems, the boil water advisory is expected to remain in effect until further notice. You will be advised when the boil water advisory has been lifted. Residents can call the City of Corner Brook’s Water Information Line at 634-7711 or visit the City’s official website, www.cornerbrook.com, at any time to view precautionary boil water advisories, water outages or road closures.
