The City of Corner Brook wishes to advise residents and businesses of a partial road closure on East Valley Road as an integral part of the water line upgrades in the East Valley Road area.

Construction will be into two work zones; the first work zone for this project will involve closing one- lane of traffic where flag persons will direct traffic through the work zone.

The second work zone which will occur in approximately 2 weeks will require the road to be closed between Lomond and North Street intersections.

Motorists are required to take alternate routes to bypass the construction area.

The City of Corner Brook kindly asks motorists to obey all detour signage, reduce speeds, and be respectful to fellow motorists and flag persons.
