The City of Corner Brook has received an application from the property owner of 113 Country Road, Corner Brook, NL. The property owner is requesting permission to construct a second apartment building, (2 storey, 10 units) adjacent to the existing apartment building. The lot is located in the General Commercial Zone where the proposed use is considered a “Discretionary Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations.
