The City of Corner Brook wishes to advise residents and businesses that the water outage and road closure that was scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 2020, has been re-scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, 2020 commencing at 8:30 a.m. The outage and road closure is expected to last for approximately 6-8 hours. This is necessary to make repairs to the water distribution system.
Areas to be affected are as follows:
– Hillcrest Road #’s 23 to 41
– Power’s Avenue
– Cook’s Avenue
– Seaward’s Avenue # 1 to 24
– Quinton Street # 30
– 124 Premier Drive
In conjunction with the repairs, Quinton Street will be closed to through traffic. The general motoring public is advised to use alternate routes.
