The City of Corner Brook wishes to advise residents and businesses that a water outage has been scheduled for Monday, June 15th, 2020, commencing at 8:30 a.m. This outage is expected to last for approximately 10-12 hours. In addition, a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory will be in effect. The water outage and precautionary boil water advisory is necessary to make upgrades to the water distribution system through Capital Works.
Areas to be affected are as follows:
- Georgetown Road #’s 112-225
- Martin’s Lane
- Burton’s Lane
- Candow Drive & Side Roads
- 678 O’Connell Drive
Due to the time required for testing to confirm water quality in the systems, the boil water advisory is expected to remain in effect until further notice. You will be advised when the boil water advisory has been lifted. The City of Corner Brook would like to thank you for your cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
