NOTICE TO OCCUPANT – 22 Dyke’s Road August 31 to September 7

The City of Corner Brook has received an application to construct a 12’ x 19.8’ accessory building located at 22 Dyke’s Road which is located in a Residential Medium Density Zone.
The construction of the accessory building, if approved, would result in a 10% variance to the maximum allowable size of an accessory building for this lot.
