Civic Centre Walking Track Reopening

PUBLIC ADVISORY
With the return to Alert Level 3, the Corner Brook Civic Centre walking track will reopen to the public at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 18.
Due to the continued cancellation of other activities the hours of operation will be temporarily extended:
– Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
– Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
– The schedule is subject to change based on event activities.
There will be a limit of 20 people maximum. Non-medical face masks covering the nose and mouth will be required at all times inside the building for users aged 5 and above. Users must follow the directional signs and check in for the purpose of contact tracing. Parents with a child in a stroller will count as two people. Running is prohibited at this time. Users displaying Covid-19 symptoms will be denied access.
Ice surfaces and the Annex remain closed to the public at this time. Civic Centre staff will continue to follow the advice of Public Health and the Chief Medical Officer of Health regarding all future decisions, and work closely with user-groups.
