Pursuant to the powers vested in it under the section 54(3) of the Municipal Elections Act, SNL 2001, c. M-20.2 as amended and all other enabling powers, the Corner Brook City Council in a Committee of the Whole session convened on the 12^th day of April, 2021, brought forward a Notice of Motion to enact the MUNICIPAL ELECTION VOTE BY MAIL REGULATIONS.
