Effective immediately, commencing at 9:00 a.m., the City of Corner Brook wishes to advise residents and businesses that there will be an emergency water outage and road closure today, Monday, November 15, 2021. The outage is expected to last for approximately 6 to 8 hours and is necessary to make repairs to the water distribution system.
Areas to be affected are as follows:
- Crestview Avenue #’s 12 to 25
- French’s Road # 20
- O’Connell Drive # 204
In conjunction with the repairs, Crestview Avenue will be closed to through traffic from the intersection of O’Connell Drive to the intersection of Penney’s Avenue. The general motoring public is advised to use alternate routes.
