The City of Corner Brook has received an application from the property owner to construct a Service Station with a car wash and convenience store on the property located on the corner of Grenfell Drive and Corporal Pinksen Memorial Drive, Corner Brook, NL. The lot is located in the Innovation District Zone where the proposed use, “Service Station” is considered a “Discretionary Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations.
