The city of corner brook is seeking public input regarding an IMSP amendment (MP/DR 21-02) which includes a series of rezonings on O’Connell Drive. This will achieve the creation of a new 50 unit Mini Home Subdivision, additional parking for George Daddy Dawe Memorial Soccer pitch, and remove current non-conforming status of a property in the area.
