The City of Corner Brook wishes to advise residents and businesses that an emergency road closure is currently in effect due to slippery conditions. This road closure is necessary for safety while City Crews are on site attempting to break up the ice.

Areas affected:

• Sunnyslope Dr.
• Maple Valley Rd.

Public Transit has also been suspended until further notice with a re-evaluation at 2:00 p.m.

Residents should drive cautiously during these adverse weather conditions. Please be mindful of crews as they work. The City of Corner Brook would like to thank you for your cooperation and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
