The City of Corner Brook has received an application requesting permission to convert the annex portion of the existing office building located at 4 Herald Avenue, Corner Brook, NL. into a 20 unit apartment building. The building is located in the Downtown Commercial Zone where the proposed use is considered a “Discretionary Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations.
