The City of Corner Brook has received an application from the property owner of 105 Country Road, Corner Brook, NL. The property owner is requesting permission to add a third residential unit which would change the use of the building to a three (3) unit apartment building. The building is located in the General Commercial Zone where the proposed use, (Apartment Building) is considered a “Discretionary Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations.
