Pursuant to the powers vested in it under Section 203, 254, 280.1, 280.2 and 290.4 of the City of Corner Brook Act, R.S.N.L. 1990 C. C-15, as amended, Section 189 of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.N.L. 1990, H-3 as amended, (a) delegations of power by the Minister of Transportation and Works  dated  February 15, 2010 and all other powers it enabling, the Council of the City of Corner Brook, in a session convened on 21 November 2022  brought forward a notice of motion to repeal and replace the Commercial Motor Vehicle Regulations.  The new proposed regulation will control or prohibit the parking of commercial vehicles on land adjacent to a building used for residential purposes.
