The City of Corner Brook has received an application to demolish the existing dwelling located at 3 Linds Road and consolidate the lot with 168 Country Road, Corner Brook, NL for the purpose to replace the existing Country Road Gospel Hall. The lot is located in the Residential Medium Density Zone where the proposed use, (Place of Worship) is considered a “Discretionary Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations.
