Jigs and Wheels Lineup Announced

City of Corner Brook
MEDIA ADVISORY

Today, Mayor Parsons unveiled this year’s Jigs & Wheels lineup joined by Tourism Supervisor Glenda Simms as well as Council, invited partners and sponsors.

This year’s festival will include old favourites like Blame it on Broadway, the Kinsmen Car Show, Corner Brook day and the returning Best Kind Comedy show. We are also excited to say Western Speed Park Autocross will be coming to the Corner Brook Civic Centre parking lot, and we are also looking forward to new events such as the Cabox Enduro Learn to Ride event for children, a group motorcycle ride, an ATV and Boil up tour, and the returning ATV Scavenger Hunt hosted by the Western Regional Hospital Foundation.

This year we are also partnering with communities on the northern and southern shores of the Bay of Islands as well as Marble Mountain and Massey Drive to make this a regional opportunity.

We also have a number of musical performances and group fitness classes scheduled throughout the week, rounded out by kite flying, disc golf and so much more!

The full itinerary can be found at www.jigsandwheels.ca, with links to tickets for Blame it on Broadway live right now.
