Canada Day is coming up on July 1^st, and the City of Corner Brook has an exciting lineup of events to celebrate!

The day will start with a flag raising at City Hall, 8:30 a.m., followed by a breakfast at the Humber Community YMCA (lower level, Millbrook Mall) at 9:00 a.m.

At noon there will be a bike rodeo on the Playground Side of Margaret Bowater Park, followed by a full day of activities and ending with fireworks, all at the park! We also anticipate opening the Splash Pad and Outdoor Pool for the summer.

11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. FREE Bouncy Castle

12:00 p.m. — Coleman’s Bike Rodeo Margaret Bowater Park (playground side)

12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Pilates with Emily for beginners

1:45 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. Cake Cutting and Speeches

2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Children’s Entertainment by Dan Bursey

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Midnight Crescent

7:30 p.m. – 10:00pm. The Griffins

10:30 p.m. Fireworks at Margaret Bowater Park!
