The following traffic advisories will be in effect during the Jigs & Wheels summer festival between July 28 to August 6, 2023.

• July 28, 7:00 a.m. to July 29, 5:00 a.m.: Broadway will be closed from the Herald Ave/ Caribou Rd intersection to the Valley Rd intersection for Blame it on Broadway.
• July 30, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: West St, Todd St and Chestnut St will be closed to vehicle traffic. Church St will temporarily be two ways. This is for the Best on West Car Show and outdoor market.
• August 5, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: West St will be closed from the lower Central St intersection to the East Valley Rd intersection (directly in front of the Majestic Lawn). Church St will temporarily be two ways. This is for Stroll the Stream.
• July 28 to August 5: ATV access will be allowed on most roads within Corner Brook city limits between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Excluded from this access is O’Connell Dr between Bliss St and Mt Bernard Ave / University Dr intersection as well as all of Lewin Pkwy.

Throughout the festival, residents and visitors should expect increased pedestrian, ATV, cycling and other forms of traffic, particularly near our downtown core as well as at parks and playgrounds. Please proceed with caution during this period and give yourselves lots of time to get where you are going.
