The City of Corner Brook has received an application for a variance on the minimum frontage site standard of four properties on Mattie Mitchell Ave, civic numbers 52, 54, 56, and 58.
These properties are located in a Residential Mosaic Zone. A minimum frontage for a property in CAT3-S in the Residential Mosaic Zone is 20.0m, however, it is requested to vary the frontage site standard as noted below:
52 Mattie Mitchell Ave frontage to 19.42m
54 Mattie Mitchell Ave frontage to 19.35m
56 Mattie Mitchell Ave frontage to 19.35m
58 Mattie Mitchell Ave frontage to 19.25m
