Mount Bernard Avenue from the Valley Mall parking lot to Wellington Street will open to traffic this afternoon. When this occurs, Dorchester Avenue, Victoria Street and St. Claire Avenue will remain as detours however we would advise motorists to not use them as thoroughfares, and only access these roads as well as upper Mount Bernard Avenue if you are local traffic.
