The City of Corner Brook has received an application to operate a home based business office (construction company) from the dwelling located at 104 Valley Road.

The property is located in a Residential High Density Zone where a home based business office classification of use is a “Discretionary Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations.
