Flow and a Cuppa Joe

A 60 minute feel-good flow class with DJ (and fellow yogi) Nigey Pigey setting the backdrop to move and breathe your way into bliss. After class, hang out for a cup of coffee (or tea) and enjoy delicious baked goods from Brewed Awakening. This will take place in the beautiful Great Room at The Convent. Ancient Relations – From Persia to Newfoundland

From the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto to the West Coast of Newfoundland, comes a unique experience where musical cultures meet and play together in an intimate and beautiful environment. Audiences will hear chamber music rooted in Persian classical scales featuring kamanche, the Persian spiked fiddle, played by Shahriyar Jamshidi, and the western cello, played by Rafael Weinroth-Browne, from the Toronto-based duo Kamancello.
