Road Closure – 2025 Canada Games Torch Relay

To facilitate the Canada Games Torch Relay the following rolling road closures will be taking place on July 1, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to the duration of the Canda Games Torch Relay:

1. Section of West Street from Corner Brook City Hall to Todd Street;
2. Section of Todd Street from West Street to Park Street;
3. Section of Park Street from Todd Street to West Valley Road;
4. Section of West Valley Road from Park Street to the O’Connell Drive;
5. Section of O’Connell Drive from West Valley Road to University Drive;
6. Section of University Drive from O’Connell Drive to Cpl. Pinksen Memorial Drive;
7. Section of Cpl. Pinksen Memorial Drive from University Drive to Grenfell Drive;
8. Section of Grenfell Drive from Cpl. Pinksen Memorial Drive to Elizabeth Street;
9. Canada Games Place

The Canada Games Torch Relay will conclude at the Corner Brook Civic Centre. The general motoring public is advised to use alternate routes during this time.
