Evening and Weekend On‑Demand Service

  • Monday to Friday: 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Please be advised that Corner Brook Transit services are not available on statutory holidays.

Important information when creating a Blaise Account

Only riders approved for Accessible Transit should select “Reduced Mobility” in the app. If you use regular transit services and are not registered for Accessible Transit, do not select this option.

Accessible Transit (CBT Link)

CBT Link is Corner Brook’s accessible, door-to-door transit service for residents whose disabilities prevent them from using the regular transit system.

Eligibility

All riders must be approved and registered before using the service.

Please note:

  • The application must be printed and completed in full.
  • A healthcare professional must complete the medical section of the form.
  • All pages must be submitted. Incomplete applications may delay processing.

Booking a Ride

Approved riders can book through the Blaise Transit App or by calling 709-289-3124

Service Details 

  • Trips are available anywhere within Corner Brook city limits during operating hours.
  • Approved attendants or support persons ride free of charge when accompanying an eligible rider.
  • Standard transit fares apply unless the rider qualifies for the Free Transit Pass Program.

Free Transit Passes For Eligible Residents

The City of Corner Brook provides free transit passes to eligible residents through funding from the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Eligible Residents

  • Individuals receiving income support
  • Youth receiving youth services
  • Seniors receiving the Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)

How to Access Passes

Income Support and Youth Services Recipients

  • Provincial program representatives will contact eligible participants directly.

Seniors Receiving GIS

  • Pick up passes at City Hall.
  • Bring government-issued photo ID and proof of GIS benefits.
  • To obtain proof of GIS from Service Canada, call: 1-800-277-9914
