Request for Event Sponsorship
The City of Corner Brook is once again seeking sponsorships for our 5th Annual Jigs and Wheels Festival. As in previous years, we rely on the generosity of sponsors to help us deliver high‑quality events that require significant financial resources. We welcome both monetary contributions and in‑kind donations to support the festival’s expenses.
In appreciation of your support, we offer a range of sponsorship opportunities designed to promote your brand and increase your visibility within our community.
If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please complete the sponsorship form below. You may also print a copy and drop it off at City Hall, or submit it by mail or email using the contact information provided on the form.
Your contribution will not only help us achieve our goals but will also demonstrate your organization’s commitment to the community. We invite you to review the available sponsorship levels and the benefits associated with each. We hope you will consider supporting this year’s festival at a level that aligns with your organization’s goals.
Sponsorship Levels available:
Full Throttle Level Sponsor $10000 + cash and/or in-kind goods and services:
- Naming of sponsorship on one of the main events. (Additional sponsors may be included)
- Designation as Full Throttle Sponsor
- 4 entry tickets to the Festival Kickoff
- 4 Jigs and Wheels swag bags
- The sponsor’s logo to be displayed on the City of Corner Brook’s website and all social media platforms
- Up to a maximum of 4 banners/signs in total, displayed on Broadway. (Provided by sponsor)
- Appropriate mention during announcements
All Terrain Level Sponsor $5000 -$9999 cash and/or in-kind goods and services:
- Designation as All-Terrain Sponsor
- 3 entry tickets to the Festival Kickoff
- 3 Jigs & Wheels Swag Bags
- The sponsor’s logo to be displayed on the City of Corner Brook’s website and all social media platforms
- Up to a maximum of 3 banners/signs in total, displayed on Broadway. (Provided by sponsor)
- Appropriate mention during announcements
Fully Rugged Level Sponsor $1000- $4999 cash and/or in-kind goods and services:
- Designation as Fully Rugged Sponsor
- 2 entry tickets to the Festival Kickoff
- 2 Jigs & Wheels Swag Bags
- The sponsor’s logo to be displayed on the City of Corner Brook’s website and all social media platforms
- Up to a maximum of 2 banners/signs in total, displayed on Broadway. (Provided by sponsor)
Off Road Level Sponsor $500-$999 cash and/or in-kind goods and services:
- Designation as Off-Road Sponsor
