The City of Corner Brook has received an application to construct an accessory building on the property located at 8 Windsor Street which is located in a Medium Residential Zone.  A building permit can be issued for this structure with the maximum allowable area is 392sqft., however, it is requested that the maximum area of the accessory building be increased to 431sqft.

The construction of the accessory building with the requested maximum area of 431sqft., if approved, would result in a 10% variance to the maximum allowable area of an accessory building for this lot.
