The City of Corner Brook has received an application to operate a home-based business (waxing depilation) from the property located at 35 Coronation Street.

The property is located in a Residential Medium Density Zone where a home based business classification of use is a “Discretionary Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations.
