The City of Corner Brook has received an application for the construction of a second 4-unit apartment building on the property located at 336 Curling Street.

The property is located in a Residential Commercial Mix Zone where an apartment building is a “Permitted Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations.  However, the construction of the building, if approved, would result in a 10% variance to the 10m rear yard requirement for this lot, reducing the rear yard requirement to 9m.
