Wellington Street Outdoor Rink
Wellington Street, Corner Brook, NL
The City of Corner Brook maintains a free outdoor rink on Wellington Street, next to the Basha softball pitch and across from C.C. Loughlin Elementary School. It’s a great spot for a casual skate, a game of shinny or an afternoon outdoors with the family.
The rink operates seasonally during the winter months. Keep an eye on the City of Corner Brook’s Facebook and Instagram pages for updates on when the rink is open for the season.
Hours
The rink is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., when weather and ice conditions allow.
Rink Rules
- Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
- Children are required to wear a certified helmet. Helmets are also recommended for adults.
- Please be respectful of other skaters and share the ice.
Skate at Your Own Risk
The rink is not supervised, so all users skate at their own risk.
