Phase 3 of the Deep Gulch Culvert Replacement will commence on Tuesday, July 8 with the closure of University Drive from the intersection of Canada Games Place to the Mount Bernard / O’Connell Drive intersection. The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) and Academy Canada will have access to their parking lots.
Throughout this time EMERGENCY TRAFFIC ONLY will be allowed through the RNC parking lot.
Road users and pedestrians may access Cpl Pinksen Memorial Drive and University Drive and their amenities Elizabeth Street / Grenfell Drive.
