The City of Corner Brook advises residents and motorists that the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure will be conducting repairs to the overpass at the northbound exit from Lewin Parkway onto Riverside Drive. Work is scheduled to begin today, August 12, 2026, and is expected to continue for approximately two weeks.
The project may be extended due to inclement weather, emergency road work, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Motorists will continue to have access to the affected streets; however, delays and intermittent traffic disruptions should be expected. Motorists are asked to use extra caution in the area, obey all posted signage, and reduce their speed while work is underway.
The City appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation during this work.
