The City of Corner Brook has received an application requesting permission to operate a General
Assembly Use (Fitness Center) from the building located at 26 Union Street, Corner Brook, NL.
The building is located in a Light Industrial Zone where the proposed use “General Assembly” is
considered a Discretionary Use as outlined in the City of Corner Brook’s Development
Regulations.
