Follow the journey of the late Dermot O’Reilly as he leaves Ireland in the 60’s and moves to Canada where he meets Fergus O’Byrne and thus begins the legacy of one the most influential traditional music groups to grace the shores of Newfoundland. Live music will be played by DARESAY with some special guests along with roles read by some great local actors and traditional folk music aficionados. After the read there will be a Q&A session with the plan to produce the show in 2027. Conducted with support from the Bay St. George Folk Arts Council and Camber Arts.
