A moving road closure will begin at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Friday, February 20th for the Corner Brook Winter Carnival’s torch parade. The parade will leave Civic Square and proceed south along Park Street, turn off onto Elswick, take a right onto O’Connell Drive and finish at Margaret Bowater Park.
A fireworks display will take place within the window of approximately 7:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
