Elizabeth Street and O’Connell Drive Traffic Improvements – Project Update
Please be advised that beginning September 2, 2025, JCL Investments will be proceeding with the replacement of the traffic signals at the intersection of O’Connell Drive and Elizabeth Street.
During construction, the existing traffic signals will be removed, and the intersection will operate as a 4-way stop for the duration of the project. There are no anticipated road closures; however, motorists are asked to obey all posted traffic control signage and follow the directions of flag persons.
The project is expected to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete.
