Sherry Dean spent decades caring for people as a Registered Nurse, and has worn lots of hats in our community: former Qalipu Band Council Representative, past Chair of the Qalipu Cultural Foundation, and now founding member and Chairperson of Elmastukwek Mawio’mi Inc., member of the Board of Chamber Arts, Corner Brook Aboriginal Women’s Association and the Spiritual Health Committee at Western Health, and is an active member of Corner Brook Aboriginal Women’s Association.
